亚马逊明令禁止直接联系买家删差评,难道我们就只能干瞪眼:当然不是啦!我这有合规处理买家差评的方法。
首先,找到买家差评。从亚马逊后台品牌”路径进入“买家评论,筛选出“一星到三星”的评论,点击右边“联系买家”,选择“客户支持”。
然后直接发送亚马逊自动生成的邮件模板。要是遇到常看站内信的卖家回复了,就提供更换或退款方案(老美就爱直接的),请让买家自己决定。
一般来说,大部分客户可能更喜欢选退全款这个解决方案。要是喜欢产品的可能会选更换,这类客人更愿意更新评论哦。
然后给客人处理好售后服务后在回复客人邮件里加上“updateyoushopping experience”这类的字眼,千万别写Q“pls help medeletthe negative reviews.
要是碰到死不回邮件的客人呢?别慌!给他们退款 20%,分几天退让系统发退款通知引导他们看站内信。等回复了,安排更换或退款,邮件里加上“update your shopping experience就看客人愿不愿意更新啦。

注意邮件里千万不要出现
Review、Feedback、Comment、Amend、Change、Delete、 Postive,Negative、 Modify、 Withdraw,rating,Amend这些词
新品除了删差评,积累买家评论也很重要。新手卖家可以这样做从店铺绩效-反馈管理器里,找到好评的 Feedback,跳转到对应订单页面手动“请求评论”,这个最容易来好评!
